Exchanges and Returns Policy

  • If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at info@favoredfreauxs.com

  • Consumer must notify us within 7 business days after receiving item(s) or no exchange will be honored.

  • *NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE*

  • You may not return/exchange sale/clearance items or all items purchased with a promotional code or at a discounted price. All head wrap sales are FINAL and are not eligible for online store credit or exchanges.

  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items must be returned in same condition they were sent (no stains, alterations to the merchandise, etc.) 

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 Shipping Policy

  1. Consumer orders will be processed within 4 - 10 business days, excluding federal holidays (or unless otherwise specified in description of specific product).

  2. Once an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Orders will arrive between 2 - 7 business days (excluding federal holidays) once shipped. 

  3. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated by USPS. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS International.

  4. *Once an order has been shipped, we waive responsibility of shipment.* 

Favored Freauxs reserves the right to make final decisions on all orders and shipments.
